Job Purpose
- Ensure regional field activities management
- Management of direct and indirect distribution channels
- The delivery of satisfactory service to Corporate Customers
- The management and support of Super Dealers, LBSD, SV and FA
- Regional Sales and meeting of sales targets
- Regional Marketing activities
- Forward planning of regional activities, growth of region and compilation of annual OPEX budget
- Network investigation and roll out planning
- Policy and procedure implementation
- Financial control including expenditure management
- Quality and availability of the Network control and monitoring
- Pay close attention to corporate customers needs and make sure that corporate customers experience is world class
- Be able to create and maintain a sound relationship with all corporate within the region
- Must have empathy for corporate customers
- Pay attention to competition activities and do recommendations on data and voice markets evolution
- Make sure that accurate corporate or customers requirements are reported to head office
- Have good understanding of all existing voice and data products in the company
- Implement sales strategies recommended by the management
- Weekly and Monthly reporting on sales activities
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with other departments in the company;
- Identify risk areas in terms of customers solvability and performance;
- Empower and guide team members on all regional activities;
- Human resources management, including, but not limited to, appointments, training, development and performance management, as well as facilities for staff to work and operate in the region
Job Description
- Good knowledge of vodacom Congo distribution channel
- Knowledge of corporate acquisition processing tool and troubleshooting tools
- Excellent Knowledge of Voice, data and internet products;
- GSM/EDGE/3G/LTE, and telecommunication industry
- Working knowledge of post-paid Products
- Excellent knowledge sales process
- A good amount of work experience on Vodafone way of selling will be a plus
