Main Job Functions:
Network Quality: Maintain and improve the network quality at the optimal level required in normal operation based on CSSR, CRR, SDCCH and TCH Blocking.
1. Network Availability: As a key point, Coordinate and assist Technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance of Eastern Region’s Network (BSS, Transmission and NSS with the involvement of the support team from the NOC in Kinshasa”.
2. Network Quality: Maintain and improve the network quality at the optimal level required in normal operation based on CSSR, CRR, SDCCH and TCH Blocking
3. Rollout and Installation: Positive commitment is required to move forward and achieve the building of new planned sites “Capacity, Coverage and Quality Site” in a reduce time frame.
4. Able to Privilege a team work and enable a Good Relationship, Dialogue and communication between all parts engaged to the success of the Company. “Contractors, Suppliers, Temporary staff, Permanent Staff and inter-correlation between different Departments...”
5. Able to manage the property, Facilities and H&S tasks. “Site liaises; Fuel supply schedule, Generators maintenance, power economy, site and office clean up, office supplies, Fleet management and spare management.
6. Data and NMS: Maintain and provide availability and stability of GPRS, Vodanet and Blackberry services and ensure that all vodashops and Offices in major towns in ER are connected to VodaLAN.
7. Reporting: Able to compile Ad hoc, Daily, weekly, monthly and incident reports in respect with the deadlines that are assigned.
8. Able to put strategy and enable cost reduced and provide good quality of service that will generate a profit as expected by the company.
9. Implement the Policies and Procedures in regards with site access, planned works, preventive maintenance executed
